Meet Paola! She is our site's virtual
assistant. Paola has been trained to answer questions about literature, the
LBR, the
EJ and the LBHF. She isn't trained to give stock tips,
recipes, or discuss JoLo's latest romances.
This means that outside of her small sphere of knowledge, she has
the mind of a hatchling! Although she can learn, we
have deliberately disabled this feature. (Sorry, there's
just no
end to what some of you may teach her!;-)) We can however,
view your session with Paola. If the conversation you
have with her appears to be worth integrating, some of your
conversation may well become a part of her virtual mind!
